Knockaderry House is a cozy treasure! Gerry and Mary are the best hosts, with great attention to detail like delicious homemade breakfast and little snacks around. The peaceful location is a bonus, although occasional shower issues popped up.

For a delightful touch, try their homemade scones at breakfast and don’t hesitate to ask the hosts about local attractions.

The spacious bathroom provided a delightful shower experience, making for a refreshing start to each day. The healthy breakfast included fresh bread and fruit, which offered a nice alternative to traditional options.

The toilet was difficult to flush, and the taps were extremely worn with very weak water flow. The bathroom could use a thorough cleaning, as the toilet seat was loose, and the bedroom table was covered in dust. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which is far from convenient for charging devices. Breakfast options were limited. the simple complimentary cereals weren't available until 8:30 AM, which can be too late for early risers.

Knockaderry House offered an inviting atmosphere with meticulously maintained original features. Mary and Gerry were phenomenal hosts, generously providing transportation to the city center and serving a delightful breakfast with freshly baked scones and a variety of local fruits.

Waking up to the aroma of homemade scones was a dream. The cozy atmosphere made it feel just like home, and the hosts were wonderfully attentive to every detail.

The only downside was the room's lone electrical outlet, which made charging devices somewhat tricky. A bit more power access would have been great!

However, the location, while peaceful, is a bit distant from the city center, and some minor shower issues detracted from the experience.

Such a cozy spot! Gerry's hospitality is top-notch, and the breakfast was a feast every morning. I loved hanging out in the outdoor dining area, especially for evening snacks. Just a short drive to Ennis, but the peaceful vibe means you might miss some nightlife nearby. Still, the comfy rooms make it worth it!

knockaderry house bed & breakfast has a really homely vibe. it's just a short drive from the old town. the continental breakfast is outstanding, with a fantastic selection of cereals, scones, and breads. also, the spacious bathroom with an amazing shower was a real treat.
